Bokod is a Philippine municipality in the Province Benguet in Region  Cordillera Administrative Region which be­longs to the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Bokod is seated about 27 km east of province capital La Trinidad and about 214 km north of Philippine main capital Manila.

Bokod is a 4th class municipality. Regarding urbanization Bokod is classified as rural. Bokod occupies an area of 274.96 km². By the end of 2007 Bokod was the home of 12,913 residents. Thus by average 46.96 people are living on one km².

Administratively the Municipality of Bokod is subdivided into 10 barangays. One forms the center of the city wheras the other 9 are in the outlying areas.
